Hang Out with The Addison at Live After Five ft. Kenny Fife and the Bac Trac Band

It’s time for Live After Five! The Addison will be out dancing to Kenny Fife and the Bac Trac Band at this week’s Live After Five from 5-8 pm on Friday, May 13th.  With their”Swamp Pop” 50s rock ‘n’ roll and rhythm & blues sound, Kenny Fife and the Bac Trac Band are sure to have your feet moving!

The Addison crew will be out at our table and in our t-shirts to answer any questions you might have.

We can’t wait to get the weekend started at The Crest at Galvez Plaza. We’ll see you there!

About Kenny Fife

This musician began performing in Louisiana, often performing at various jazz and Cajun music festivals. Mixing a cross of R ‘n’ B, Cajun, Zydeco and “swamp pop”, Fife performed throughout the area, growing a loyal following and being known for an entertaining live stage show. In 2001, Fife and his supporting group, the Bac Trac Band, entered the studio to record material for its debut release. In 2002, Til Your Memory’s Gone was released on Gonzales Music, a record label based in Gonzales, Louisiana and promoting its local talent. The same year, Fife and the Bac Trac Band released its second self-titled album on Gonzales Music. The group has performed at the Gonzales Jambalaya Festival as well as at the South Louisiana Music Association.

Produced by the Downtown Business Association, Live After Five is the longest running, most successful outdoor concert series in the history of Baton Rouge, seeing an estimated 100,000 attendees per year.

Live After Five was named 225’s Best Community Event in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
